Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community and are excited to welcome your furry friends to their new apartment home. Our pet policy allows for up to two pets with a 60lb weight limit. We require a one-time pet fee to be paid per pet that is $500 per cat and $750 per dog. Monthly pet rent is $20 for cats and $30 for dogs. We do not charge a pet deposit.
